The Bistro is located in the Main Bar area providing a luxurious and relaxed ambiance. It can comfortably accomodate 120 customers.

We have spent recent weeks preparing and perfecting our kitchen team, bringing you top quality bistro food cooked to order. We are now able to bring you breakfast between 8.30 and 11.30am, as
well as our express lunch menus

grilled tomato & pepper sauce

breast of chicken wrapped in streaky bacon, smothered with garlic butter & served with potato wedges

VEGETARIAN PASTA BAKE
served with garlic bread

sundreid tomato, smoked bacon & feta cheese bound with cucumber riata
